With the aim of building a digital Bangladesh in the 'Vision 2021' vision of the Government of Bangladesh, with the slogan 'Service at the doorstep of the people', the information-technology based center 'Union' was established in the Prime Minister's Union Parishad under the Access to Information (A2I) project of the Prime Minister's Office on 11/11/2010 AD. Information and Service Center (UISC)' inaugurated. According to government instructions, an information and service center was also established in the Hardi Union Parishad office. As a result, the general public of the Union is able to receive various information technology related services in addition to their required citizenship certificates from this information and service center. The scope of services of this center is increasing day by day. Last year 2013 I won the best chairman award in Chuadanga district in UISC activities. On 23/06/2014 AD, the National Web Portal was inaugurated under the Access to Information (A2I) project of the Prime Minister's Office. Which is a breakthrough step in building Digital Bangladesh. As part of this information exchange, the Union Web Portal has been opened. Through the transmission of this information, people from any part of the world can now know information about the history and traditions of the Hardi Union, geographical conditions, language and culture, education, health, agriculture, transportation system, developmental activities, social service activities, etc. In the current age of information technology, I am able to present Hardi Union to the people of the world. And this is possible only through the creation of this data transmission. For this, on behalf of my union people, I sincerely thank the honorable Prime Minister and everyone associated with the A2I project. At the same time, I also express that I and my union people will give our utmost support in such great activities of the welfare government for the national welfare and my union.

     On 01/08/2010 AD, the journey of the present council started under my leadership. Since the beginning, I, UP members, office staff all together we have been working as a family. Due to which the material activities of the council are dynamic and able to gain people's trust. Hardi Union is the largest union of Alamdanga Upazila. This union made the most progress in the education and health sectors. And to bring education and health to people's doorsteps, the most important thing is the improvement of transportation system. Therefore, after taking charge, we have given utmost importance to the improvement of the internal transport system of the Union. So far we have been able to build about 80% of the roads in the Union. As a result of which the activity in people has increased, the mobility has increased. People can easily go to bazaars, go to hospitals and other health centers quickly and in less time. Students are able to go to schools, colleges and madrassas without any problems. Also we have implemented many culvert, palasiting, soil filling projects.

     Besides, we have already implemented various activities for education, health and social development and some are under implementation. During the financial year 2012-2013, free sanitary toilet construction materials were distributed to 1000 needy families of the Union from UP's own funds. As the size of the union is large, the population is also large. Naturally, the number of poor, miserable and helpless people is also high. Therefore, a large part of the allocation of various government allowances remains out of the receipt of government allowances. That is why a decision was recently taken to provide old age, widow and disabled allowance on UP's own initiative to these underprivileged people. The proceedings of which are currently under process. Child marriage is a social disorder. We have taken strict steps to prevent child marriage in Hardi Union and are assisting the administration. Whether any child marriage is taking place anywhere in the Union is being constantly monitored. Now women are also partners in national development. The female education rate of Hardi Union is increasing rapidly. A program of sewing training for girls will be launched soon through the Union Social Service Office.

     Being a big union, we have paid special attention to the legal system. A permanent police outpost has been established at Osmanpur-Pragpur village of this union. The policemen of this outpost are working round the clock to maintain law and order in the union. Besides, our village police and members of Ansar-VDP are performing their duties in each ward. People of Hardi Union are very sports loving and recreational. All people irrespective of caste, religion, caste are living here peacefully and brotherly.

     Finally I express my gratitude to my UP members who have been giving me unstinting support and courage since the beginning to run the council and implement various activities. I thank my office staff, who are running the office smoothly with their hard work and talent. Finally, I am eternally indebted to the common people of my union, who elected me with their valuable votes. I feel honored to have the opportunity to serve the people of this Union.
